Ingredients

  • 2 Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • Swiss Cheese, Sliced
  • 4 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • Cheddar Cheese, Sliced
  • Sliced Ham
  • Mini Pepperonis
  • Salami, Sliced
  • Banana Peppers
  • Spinach or Basil

Special Tools

  • Parchment Paper

Directions

  1. Get your smoker going and set it to 375°F. While the smoker gets hot, get your baking sheet ready by lining it with parchment paper – or it will be nearly impossible to take your bread bowl off in one go.
  1. Open your crescent rolls, separate the triangles, and lay them out flat. In the middle of your sheet tray set a medium bowl down because this will help make the shape of your bread bowl. Start off by placing the crescent rolls around the bowl, with the wider end close to the bowl and the points facing away from the bowl. Repeat this process till you’ve made a full circle around the bowl. You will eventually start stacking some crescents on top of each other.
  1. Now, you will place the mozzarella, basil, banana peppers, salami, ham, pepperonis, Swiss cheese, and cheddar on top of the rolls. Season the top with Pit Boss GSP Rub.
  1. Remove the bowl and begin to get the points of the crescent and bring them to the center and secure underneath. Repeat this process until all the meat and cheese is wrapped in crescent dough.
  1. Bring to your smoker and let it bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
  1. Remove from smoker and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Then enjoy!
