SUPERB GRILL Terms and Conditions

SUPERB GRILL requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold a function date.  This will also require 24-48 hours of advance notice.  All quotes by SUPERB GRILL will be provided in writing and will be valid for 15 days. 

Children age 10 and under eat for half price.  ¬Delivery/Gratuity/Tax charges applicable on all orders.

The head count needs to be confirmed 7 days in advance of event for more than 25 people.  ¬If the head count is not verified 7 days in advance, the original count used when the event is booked will be considered the guaranteed head count.

¬Customer agrees to be responsible for any damages that occur to any of SUPERB GRILL’s property while event is in progress. In the event damages are suffered, the cost of repairs and or replacements shall be billed to the client.

Payment shall be made upon delivery.  Payments shall be made by either –Cash or Personal Check only.

It is the responsibility of the client to notify SUPERB GRILL should it become necessary to cancel. Cancellation of the function will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Only management of SUPERB GRILL has the authority to disclaim, disapprove or otherwise alter this policy and determine if any refund is forthcoming.  Any questions about this policy should be directed to the management of SUPERB GRILL PRIOR to booking an event.
