BASIC DROP SERVICE. We set it up...you serve it up.
Drop off service is for parties of 25 people or more. Superb Grill provides all disposable items including a tablecloth for the buffet table, plastic serving utensils, plates, cutlery kits. Disposal chafing racks available at additional cost....we recommend these if you are serving longer than 30 minutes. Minimum delivery charge $20 (optional gratuity*)
Please provide adequate tables for us to set up your buffet.
FULL SERVICE. We set it up, serve it up & clean it up.
Full service is for parties of 50 people or more Superb Grill provides all disposable items including a tablecloth for the buffet table, plastic serving utensils, plates, cutlery kits. Fancy chafing dishes are provided to keep your buffet hot during extended service times.
We require one server for every 50 guests. The fee per server is $20 per hour with a four hour minimum (travel time included). The server fee includes set-up, keeping your buffet line freshly stocked and clean-up. Delivery charge additional (optional gratuity*)

Custom menus including hamburgers, hot dogs are available...ask one of our catering experts!

Prices for cook-on-site start at $150 and include one of our pit-bosses and one server for up to four hours. Over four hours add an additional $35 per hour. Larger parties may require additional servers at $20 per hour. Please provide adequate tables for us to set up your buffet.
